KELLY HERNANDEZ - President / Owner

Kelly has been in the HVAC trade for over 37 years. She spent 24+ years at an HVAC business in Vista, CA where she learned her trade and rose through the ranks, from Office Manager to Operations Manager, and finally to Service Manager for their large service department. She then joined another HVAC business in Escondido, CA where she also served as their Service Manager for 6+ years.

Kelly then had the opportunity of a lifetime – to purchase Air Crafts Heating & Air Conditioning from the original owner in June of 2016. She jumped at the chance and has never been happier.

Kelly is very active in the community. She is the Board Member for Valley Center Business Association, Vice President of the Valley Center High School Foundation, and Vista and Valley Center of Chamber’s member. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), where she was nominated and a finalist for awards in both 2019 (Business of the Year in San Diego) and 2020 (Trailblazer award).

Kelly raised her 2 sons who are now grown and out of the house.

RON JOHNSON - Operations Manager

Ron began his career in the heating and air conditioning trade in 1981 by working in the warehouse of an HVAC company. He was quickly promoted to the Warehouse Manager position. After that, he was given the opportunity to train and become an installer and service technician.

Since then, Ron has had many years of experience managing installation and service departments. He enjoys helping customers with bringing indoor comfort solutions and efficiency to their home or business.

While working in the HVAC trade, Ron has overseen and managed both large and small residential and commercial projects.

He joined the Air Crafts team in January of 2019 to bring his expertise and to offer solutions to our customers. Ron is also a member of the Valley CenterProfessional Referral Organization.

Ron and his wife Margie have been married for 40 years and have lived in Valley Center for over 25 of them. They have raised 2 daughters and have 1 precious grandson.
