I recently had two mini split AC units installed and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Their response time was fast and the communication throughout the whole process was great.The operations manager was thorough, walked us through all our options and helping us understand what would work best for our home. Customer service kept us updated with dates and times for the installation which made everything stress-free. The installation team was respectful of our property, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. They also took the time to show us how to operate and properly clean the mini splits, which we really appreciated.Overall it was a great experience. I feel confident knowing I’ll be taken care of if anything comes up in the future. I’m especially excited to use the heating feature for these winter months.Highly recommend 10/10!

We have found Air Crafts Heating & Air Conditioning to be competitively priced, professional and prompt. Their technicians arrive on time, fully prepared to complete their work. They are a valued component of our campus maintenance program. They have provided equipment service, replacement and preventative maintenance at our school since August 2017.

Air Crafts Heating and Air Conditioning installed our furnace at our house in Vista. Fair price and efficient installation. Great company and owner with amazing integrity for all things HVAC. My wife loves our new thermostat controllable via our mobile app. As it is starting to cool down a bit (cool by North County San Diego standards), we have started to turn the heat up and are very happy to have it for the cold months coming up.

Great Service! Ron Johnson went through my entire house to make sure he was building the proper system for it. He promised he could do the job in three days and his crew of four and five guys finished it in three days and it’s been working perfect for the whole summer.

Needed a furnace check and repair, and Air Crafts came through with exceptional service. Highly knowledgeable, thorough, went the extra step to locate and install a hard to find part and diagnose further, to ensure our old furnace was safe and sound. No upselling, no pressure, checked out on other research on brand and product solutions and whe time comes we'll upgrade further.

Air Crafts did a great job installing a new attic air handler. Out of three bidders, their price was the lowest (by over $2000 in one case for the same thing). The team of installers was professional, friendly, efficient and clean. From bid to completion it was a smooth job. I also commend their honesty. I was told that my ductwork was undersized and needed to be replaced. Air Crafts looked at this and said the ducting was sized correctly and in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have purposely waited 5 months to write this review on the Phenomenal Aire air purifier we had installed by Air Craft's Heating and Air, to give an honest feedback on how it works.
We LOVE it. The dust in our house has greatly decreased requiring a light dusting monthly instead of heavy dusting weekly. I suffer from allergies and asthma and used to experience symptoms inside my home. These symptoms have been eliminated.
We have also noticed that when we go on vacation, we used to come home to a stuffy, stale smell in the house from being closed up. That has been eliminated as well and now our air is always fresh and clean.
Attached is a copy of our air filter. We used to change them every 3 months but this air filter cleans so much more from the air in our home, we now change them every 2 months and they are very dirty. Happy to have that dirt in the filter and not in our air.
Air Craft's was professional to work with, arrived when they said they would and were very clean. The whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend both this product and Air Craft's.

We replaced our 34-year old home system with 2 new AC units and furnaces. I was referred to Air Crafts by a family member and called to set up a quote. Ron came by our place and did a great job inspecting our entire system, educating me, and emailing a quote within a couple of days. I obtained other quotes and decided to go with Air Crafts based on my family member's experience and their competitive pricing. Nico, Bernnie, and Andy showed up on time and worked diligently removing the entire old system and unpacked and starting installation of the new system on day 1. They finished the work over the next 1.5 days, paying attention to every detail, including thorough insulation of the exposed ductwork and installation of Phenomenal Aire purifiers in both furnaces. They kept their work area clean through the process. Gene then came by to check everything and do some fine-tuning, further educating us on the system and how to use it efficiently. We were very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend this local company.

We had our central AC unhooked and installed 5 Mitsubishi mini-splits. BEST decision we could have made. We are in Valley Center and have been experiencing high-humid heat. Now our rooms cool down fast without a huge electric bill. We only cool off the rooms we are using. Very smart and efficient. None of this could have been possible without the knowledge, experience, and professionalism of the crew at Air Crafts Heating & Air Conditioning in Valley Center. We had used them in previous years for repairs. Ron came out and assessed our current system and we talked about our needs. He gave us bids to update/replace our central system and introduced us to the ductless mini-split systems. After careful consideration and feeling that he did a great job educating us on our options, we comfortably made our decision. The 3-man work crew came in and installed our system. They were super respectful of our home and time restraints. THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. Kelly, the owner was wonderful and attentive to work with. Now, 5 months into our system, we know we made the right decision. Oh, did I mention how comfortable we always are? Why? Because we do not have to worry about feeding SDG&E all our hard-earned money (lol). Hope this review assists you as you are reconsidering your home needs.
